Welcome to SearchMyServices, a platform connecting customers with registered, trusted, and verified vendors for home and professional services such as home shifting, deep cleaning, photography, and more. By using our platform, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Overview
SearchMyServices facilitates connections between customers and vendors by sending customer service requests to up to four (4) verified vendors for quotation comparison. Customers can review quotations and select a vendor that best suits their needs. Vendors are independent service providers, not employees or affiliates of SearchMyServices.
2. Vendor Responsibilities and Conduct
- Request Sharing Prohibition: Vendors are strictly prohibited from sharing customer service requests or any customer information with other vendors or third parties. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the vendor’s account and potential legal action.
- Contact Limitation: Vendors must not contact customers more than necessary to provide a quotation or complete the requested service. Excessive calls or communication deemed harassing by the customer will result in account review and possible termination.
- Service Delivery: Vendors are responsible for delivering services as agreed with the customer. Any issues arising during service delivery must be resolved directly between the vendor and the customer.
3. Non-Liability for Customer Losses
SearchMyServices acts solely as a platform to connect customers and vendors and does not perform or oversee the services provided. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to the customer during the provision of services, including but not limited to:
- Property damage during home shifting, deep cleaning, or other services.
- Financial losses or personal injuries.
- Unsatisfactory service quality or incomplete work. Customers are encouraged to verify vendor credentials and discuss service terms directly with the vendor before proceeding.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
- Customer Payments: Payments for services are made directly to the vendor unless otherwise specified. SearchMyServices is not responsible for handling or processing service-related payments.
- Vendor Payments: Any fees or payments made by vendors to SearchMyServices (e.g., registration or subscription fees) are non-refundable, regardless of account status or service usage.
- Disputes: Any payment disputes related to services must be resolved between the customer and the vendor. SearchMyServices will not mediate or be liable for such disputes.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information when submitting service requests to ensure vendors can provide appropriate quotations.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing vendor quotations, verifying vendor credentials, and agreeing to service terms directly with the chosen vendor.
- Any complaints regarding vendor behavior, such as excessive calls or unprofessional conduct, should be reported to SearchMyServices for investigation.
6. Platform Usage
- Account Integrity: Vendors and customers must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing login details with others is prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
- Prohibited Activities: Users (vendors and customers) must not engage in activities that harm the platform, including but not limited to:
- Sharing customer or vendor information without consent.
- Attempting to bypass platform processes, such as contacting vendors outside the platform to avoid fees.
- Providing false or misleading information.
7. Termination of Access
SearchMyServices reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor or customer account for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:
- Sharing customer requests with unauthorized parties.
- Engaging in harassing or unprofessional behavior.
- Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
8. Modifications to Terms
SearchMyServices may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
