Vendor Terms and Conditions for SearchMyServices

  1. Vendor Responsibility: Vendors registered on SearchMyServices are expected to provide genuine and accurate services to customers. Misrepresentation, false advertising, or failure to deliver promised services will not be tolerated.
  2. No Fraud Tolerance: Vendors must operate with full transparency and integrity. Any attempt to defraud customers, including but not limited to deceptive practices, overcharging, providing substandard services, or violating agreements, will lead to immediate termination of the vendor’s account.
  3. Customer Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a customer and a vendor, SearchMyServices will conduct an unbiased investigation. If the investigation finds that the vendor engaged in fraudulent activities or breached the agreed terms, SearchMyServices will side with the customer. Vendors found guilty of fraud or misconduct will face penalties, including removal from the platform and possible legal action.
  4. Quality Assurance: Vendors are responsible for maintaining the quality of services as advertised. Failure to meet quality standards, late deliveries, or negligence in service will result in warnings or removal from the platform after repeated violations.
  5. Refunds and Compensation: In cases where a customer has been misled or has not received services as promised, SearchMyServices reserves the right to issue refunds to the customer and hold the vendor accountable. Vendors must adhere to the platform’s refund and compensation policy.
  6. Legal Obligations: Vendors are required to comply with all relevant local and national laws, including consumer protection laws. SearchMyServices will cooperate with law enforcement in cases of fraud or criminal activity.
